Assurance of Authenticity	Every Rudrm offering is presented with spiritual reverence and temple-backed authenticity. As these sacred items are prepared and handled with devotional care, they are considered non-returnable.
Received the wrong item	Please contact us within 2 days of delivery at officialrudrm@gmail.com or call 8881181181.
Received a damaged product	Kindly share clear photos of the item along with your Order ID via email within 5 days of delivery for resolution.
Want to cancel before dispatch	Cancellation requests may be accepted only if raised promptly before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Order already dispatched	Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In case of a genuine issue such as damage or incorrect item, our team will review the matter and guide you further.
Order marked delivered but not received	Please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery status update so the matter can be investigated and addressed appropriately.
Refund eligibility	Refunds are considered only in approved cases such as receipt of a damaged item or an incorrect product. Non-returnable abhimantrit items are otherwise not eligible for return or refund.
Non-returnable cases	All certified and abhimantrit products are non-returnable by nature. Opened, used, or spiritually handled items are not eligible for return. Change-of-mind requests are also not accepted.
