SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Rudrm reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and issuance of an order confirmation. Once processing or spiritual energisation begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include:

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping or handling charges

You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information and authorize Rudrm to charge the selected payment method for the full order value.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or events beyond our control.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the spiritually energised and awakened nature of Rudrm products:

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted once an order is dispatched

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection

In rare cases where a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unedited opening video. After verification, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our sole discretion.

SECTION 7 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

For COD orders:

  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders

  • Repeated non-acceptance may lead to account blocking for COD payments

We request customers to place orders mindfully and responsibly.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Rudrm and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Rudrm is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with Rudrm.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Rudrm and release Shopify from any related claims or liabilities.
