Our and spiritual offerings undergo ritual purification, energisation, and awakening processes before being prepared for dispatch. Due to the nature of these processes, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy, outlined below.


No Returns / No Exchanges

Once an order is placed and dispatched, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

This is because all Rudrm products are:

  • Spiritually charged and energetically awakened

  • Prepared specifically for the individual who places the order

  • Considered personally aligned after the energisation process

As per spiritual tradition and hygiene standards, such products cannot be resold or re-energised once they leave our facility.

We kindly request customers to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Personal preferences or expectations

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

  • Energetically charged products once dispatched


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While returns are not accepted, we do ensure fair resolution in rare cases of:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Incorrect product delivered (different from the order placed)

If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images and/or an unedited opening video of the package

  • Order number and registered contact details

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit, at our sole discretion

No claims will be entertained without proper evidence shared within the specified time window.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or energisation has begun

  • Cancellation requests received before processing may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Please note: energisation may begin shortly after order confirmation.


Shipping & COD Orders (GoKwik Alignment)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason may result in account restrictions for future orders

  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to order blocking

We encourage customers to place orders mindfully and responsibly.
